In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must place a claim with
the carrier service (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Exercise & Nutrition
Works, Inc. can only replace damaged merchandise if it is returned to our
office. In the event you need to return damaged merchandise or a mis-packed
order, we will provide you with a return label. If you receive a
mis-packed order, please call our office. We will ship the correct order right
away with a return label for the incorrect order. If we do not receive the
incorrect or damaged merchandise back, and have shipped you a replacement
order, your credit card will be charged for the items sent plus shipping costs.
Many of our products are considered food items which are not
returnable. There is a 40% restocking fee for returns (does not apply to
damaged merchandise & mis-packed orders). Home Study Certification
Courses and Software programs are not returnable. Our Certification courses
include our patented What Works™ Nutrition Software and are
therefore non returnable/non refundable.
